A sweet, spicy, tangy and refreshing combo t’s finest!
1 cup seedless watermelon, diced
1 jalapeno, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 tbsp cilantro, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and season with salt & pepper to taste.
Note: Keep finished recipe in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes if you prefer a more sweet flavored salsa. Give a quick toss right before serving.
